It depends on which company you hire from. Most do allow them, they’re usually categorised as an extra and are chargeable.

Some businesses restrict how many and what size of dog. Some just say no.

You’ll need to check with the business on an individual basis and tell them at booking if you are bringing a dog.

All hire company’s will require you to cover the seats and bed if you are taking your dog with you, for the benefit of the other users, and to keep the camper in the best possible condition.
