I booked a one-night trial hire and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🚌✨

From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The campervan was absolutely spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I could possibly have needed for the trip. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure guests have a really comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Josh, who runs the company, was brilliant too. He was on hand via WhatsApp whenever I needed anything and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Having that support there made the whole experience feel really easy and stress-free, especially as it was my first time hiring a campervan.

I absolutely loved my little one-night adventure and came away already thinking about when I can do it again! 😂

From the moment I contacted Josh, to the moment I returned the campervan I had nothing but exceptional customer service. Fantastic communication and spotless campervan.

I particularly appreciated Josh giving up his time to go through the workings of the van before setting off and although I didn't need it, it was great to know that if I needed anything whilst away I could easily contact Josh.

Fantastic experience hiring from Smart Sleepers this weekend. The campervan was super clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything our family needed. Josh is very helpful and guided us through all the functions and features. Having the awning setup for evening campfires and outdoor cooking made the trip truly special. We hired the van from Smart Sleepers for the one night trial offer, which was perfect for us, as we weren't sure how we would get on with 2 adults, a 5 month old baby and a dog. Safe to say we loved it and hoping to book a longer trip in the future! The van was spotless on collection and the communication with Josh was excellent. Absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! Great communication throughout the whole booking process, which made everything easy and stress free. On collection, everything was explained clearly and we were talked through all the features of the campervan, which was really helpful. The camper itself was fantastic, with great facilities and everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The campsite they recommended was also brilliant. We got the chance to hire this camper on a first customer deal before we looked into a longer trip and what an experience it was! Josh at smart sleepers was very easy to chat to and spoke to us about any questions and reassured us fully. The van was immaculate and cosy, and the projector was a perfect touch in the evening. Me and my partner had a lovely night away and it had all of your essentials that you need.

I was a little sceptical about the £500 security deposit but Josh reassured us fully and explained everything in detail, which we become to understand it was absolutely valid and we were more than happy to pay it.
